GWQ ServicePlus AG and spectrumK jointly launch the online access manager for the digital administration of 345 medical device contracts
Cooperation where it strengthens the supply and fair competition in the areas in which it promotes competition: This is the idea behind the new cooperation between spectrumK and GWQ ServicePlus AG. The core is the online access manager. The process of contract accession management in the area of medical aids will therefore be digital in the future. With the new platform, service providers can more easily join the respective aid contracts and manage them online, which reduces the administrative effort many times over. At the same time, the quality and up-to-dateness of the data from service providers increases for 73 customer checkouts from GWQ and spectrumK. A total of 345 contracts are administered via the online access manager.
With the online access manager, the two partners of the GKV enable service providers to manage contracts in the area of medical aids even more effectively. This leads to an improved offer for the insured and thus to optimized care from which everyone involved benefits.
The digitized processes from contract entry to contract management also mean a further step towards more efficiency and cost-effectiveness in contract management. Postage and printing costs are eliminated. GWQ and spectrumK thus prove that profitable cooperation can be successful to the benefit of care.
