The municipal administration of e, chaired by the mayor, Claudio Pinna, this morning inaugurated and handed over to the citizens, in the town’s municipal park, the digitalized equipped area that had been installed in recent months. The latter, connected in a network with all the other similar areas already installed throughout Italy, will be a place dedicated to the well-being of athletes and all citizens, without age limits, to spend time together practicing physical activity, exercising alone or in a group. The operation is very simple: on every single piece of equipment in the open-air gym installed in the park there is a QR Code, through which each citizen will be able to download training tutorials that will guide them on how to use them, and in this way they will be able to do physical activity in the greenery, regenerating body and mind. The initiative is the result of the Pinna administration’s participation in the project “Sports for everyone-Parks”created by Sports and Health and promoted together with Anci, which involves the creation and promotion of psycho-physical well-being in gardens, parks and urban areas.
