Albicchiere, Alchemilla, Wyblo and Mangia per pleasure are the new startups that have entered the Startup Database of Italian Tech which debuted on 23 September last (here the explanation of the reasons and objectives); in addition, space also for the new rounds of Thinkinside and Seares. Here’s who they are and how they grow.
Thinkinside is a startup specializing in location-enabled services indoor and closed a one million euro round underwritten by the Startup Relaunch Fund, managed by Cdp Venture Capital SGR, and Add Value, a company of the AVM Group dedicated to investments in club deals in private equity, venture capital and real estate. The company is based in Milan and was founded in 2015 by Iacopo Carreras.
Seares is a Tuscan startup active in the nautical accessories sector. It closed a round of 900 thousand euros, led by the Startup Relaunch Fund (managed by Cdp Venture Capital SGR). The company was founded in 2018 by Giorgio Cucè.
Albicchiere is a project by Beexlab, a startup based in Umbria and founded in 2017, which has developed a patented system for the packaging, delivery and consumption of wine by the glass. They invested 710 thousand euros in the Central Italy SGR Business Development project, on behalf of the Umbria Research and Innovation Fund, and Gepafin Spa.
Alchemilla is a startup with a social vocation, which deals with pedagogical projects aimed at minors through the use of art, theater and new digital technologies. He closed a 120 thousand euro round with the Giordano Dell’Amore Social Venture Foundation and Generaimprese Spa.
Wyblo is a startup that has developed a platform which allows training companies to efficiently manage their course resources. It was founded in 2021 by Kevin Giorgis and Cesare Gamberi and in the same year it raised 250 thousand euros in a round led by a business angel.
Eat for pleasure is a Happynotfatty Srls project, startup founded by Monia Farina, which deals with food education. It was financed with a pre-seed from Finlombarda.
