October 7, 2021-Ubisoft today announced the content plan for the first year after the launch of “Extreme Republic”, which includes free quarterly content and exclusive content for players who have the first year pass.
The first year of “Extreme Republic” will have four different seasons with unique themes:
It all started with the grand opening pre-season celebrations on the debut day. Players are invited to participate in the “Extreme Republic” launch celebration and play several multiplayer game modes-massive racing, stunts, unlimited events and battles-and can unlock exclusive rewards through weekly challenges. Players who have the first year pass will be able to explore the map with two unique sets of “Rocket Bike” and “Rocket Snowboard”. These new toys allow players to revisit old places at high speed and create their own exclusive journeys and stunts.
In the first season, the Republic ushered in winter. “Winter Carnival” will introduce season progress, allowing players to unlock content and rewards by participating in limited-time multiplayer experiences, events, and special events. In addition, players who have the first year pass will get an extra peculiar set with exclusive appearance and content, as well as an exclusive appearance bundle, allowing them to glide handsomely.
In the second season of “Decisive Battle”, a 6-on-6 frontal competition “Decisive Battle Multiplayer Mode” was added to make adrenaline soaring and unfold in a difficult arena. Players will jump into the arena with their team to collect and store more gems than their opponents. Players who have the first year pass will get an extra peculiar set with exclusive appearance and content.
The third season will bring the Republic of “Extreme Bike” additional content, plus the exclusive “Extreme Bike” arena, as well as brand new playgrounds and activities worth exploring. For players who have the first year pass, the “Extreme Bike” season will also bring a brand new “Extreme Bike” career, including new sponsors and activities, as well as a legendary appearance bundle.
In addition, players with the first-year pass can also get the “Rocket Bike” and “Rocket Snowboard” exotic sets on the first day of release, and can get all other exotic sets and “Extreme Bike” additional content 7 days earlier.
The new massively multiplayer outdoor sports game “Extreme Republic” will be released on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows PC (Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store) on October 28, 2021.
The content of the first year pass can be purchased separately, or can be obtained by pre-ordering the Gold Edition and Ultimate Edition* that contain the following contents:
- Gold Edition: Contains the main game and the first year pass. The first year pass includes 8 “exotic sets” that allow players to adjust the gameplay in the form of equipment upgrades throughout the year, as well as additional content for “Extreme Bikes”, plus exclusive content added after the game is released. The unique set of “Rocket Bike” and “Rocket Snowboard” will be provided when the game is released.
- Ultimate Edition: Contains the main game and the first year pass, as well as 4 exclusive appearance packs: universe, rainbow, neon and skull style. Players can also get 20 helicopter tickets, allowing them to reach their favorite mountains faster.
Players who pre-order “Extreme Republic” will receive a Bunny Pack*, which contains a cute bunny costume, an extra blue bunny head and rainbow snowboard paint.
