TOLMEZZO. Three wounded. This is the balance of two distinct road accidents which, in the early afternoon of Monday 28 March, required the intervention of the firefighters of the Tolmezzo detachment.
The first took place at about 12 on state road 52 in the municipal area of Ampezzo where, due to reasons being examined by the carabinieri, two cars collided head-on. The balance is of two wounded who, once extracted from their respective cabins by the 118 health personnel and the firefighters, were transported to the hospital for the necessary investigations. After rescuing the injured, the firefighters secured the crashed vehicles and the area of the accident.
The second accident, which required the intervention of the firefighters to remove the two cars involved (one of which had ended up on the hood of the other), occurred at about 1.30pm in Via Gorto, in Tolmezzo. In this case, the firefighters ensured the safety of the vehicles and the area where the accident occurred. In this case it was a person who was injured, subjected to medical examinations.
