At 19:20 on July 11, 2021, the District Center for Disease Control and Prevention received a letter from the Changli County Center for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the close contact of Du XX, a close contact of Wang XX, a close contact of Fan XX, who was asymptomatically infected with new coronary pneumonia. On July 7th, Fan took the G148 train from Chuzhou City, Anhui Province to Beijing South Railway Station. After getting off the train, he transferred to Beijing Railway Station and took the K1303 train. He arrived in Shenyang on the morning of July 8 for business.
At 15:30 on July 8th, Fan accompanied his mother to Shenyang Northeast International Hospital for treatment, and left the hospital at around 16:00 to return to his residence.
At 10:30 on July 9th, he and his parents left Shenyang and returned to Fengrun District by car.
