Experts disclosed that Zhou Zhuohua was actually the white glove of Zeng Qinghong and Meng Jianzhu. His sudden arrest after the Sixth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China meant that Xi Jinping wanted to purge Jiang Zemin and the Zeng Qinghong faction.
Yuan Hongbing, a well-known jurist in Australia, told The Epoch Times on November 29 that Zhou Zhuohua himself was a staunch supporter of the CCP’s tyranny in terms of ideology and behavior.

Zhou Zhuohua, 47, was born in Macau and his ancestral home is Duanzhou, Zhaoqing, Guangdong. Zhou Zhuohua has always been pro-Communist. He was a member of the 11th CPPCC in Guangdong Province. In 2015, Zhou Zhuohua served as a member of the Cultural Industry Committee of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government. He was also an honorary consultant of the Macau Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China.
In 2007, Zhou Zhuohua founded the Suncity Group, which coincided with Macau’s liberalization of gambling rights. The group has developed rapidly and now has more than 30 VIP rooms and 450 gaming tables in Macau and overseas. Its VIP room market share in terms of profit, accounting for 45% of Macau, is the industry leader.
Yuan Hongbing said that Zhou Zhuohua was not a simple businessman. He was a person specially appointed by Zeng Qinghong to perform united front tasks. That’s why he has such a position as a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
Zeng Qinghong, a former member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, was in charge of Hong Kong and Macau affairs when he was in office.
Yuan Hongbing said that one of the important ways for the CCP to promote the “One Belt One Road” in the world, especially to penetrate Southeast Asia, is to use the gaming industry.
Yuan Hongbing said, “We know that many communist investors in Taiwan first went to Macau to gamble, and then they were dealt with by the CCP.”
Yuan Hongbing said that the Sixth Plenary Session was only the beginning of a more fierce struggle within the Communist Party of China. The capture of the little gambling king this time is one of the landmark events.
Yuan Hongbing pointed out that according to his friends in the CCP system in Macau, Zhou Zhuohua is actually the white glove of some powerful families of the CCP.
“Because this little gambler is the white glove of Zeng Qinghong and Meng Jianzhu, and they are also the people they arranged in Macau. Then the purpose of arresting this little gambler is to destroy the economic foundation of Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinghong, Meng Jianzhu and others.”
Wang Xiaohong, the executive vice minister of the Ministry of Public Security of the Communist Party of China, who is regarded as a close friend of Xi Jinping, succeeded Zhao Kezhi as secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security on November 19.
Yuan Hongbing said that the reason why Zhou Zhuohua was able to be arrested quickly this time is because now the entire public security system has been issued by Wang Xiaohong. Therefore, under the direct supervision of Wang Xiaohong, the arrest of the little gambling king was quickly completed.

Yin Guoju was sanctioned by the U.S. Department of the Treasury last year for using the “Belt and Road” plan as a package to engage in illegal activities such as drug trafficking, illegal gambling, extortion, and human trafficking in Southeast Asia.
The U.S. Treasury Department stated that Yin Guoju is at the helm of the “14K Triad”, which is one of the largest organized crime groups in the Chinese Communist Party. When Yin Guoju responded later, he claimed to be a “patriot” of the CCP.

Zhou Zhuohua has a close relationship with the political and legal system of the CCP. Suncity Group has cooperated many times with Bona Films and Taiyang Chuanhe in China, and has filmed many so-called “main theme” movies of the CCP, such as Operation Mekong and Operation Red Sea.
After Zhou Zhuohua was arrested, a commentary written by Hong Kong finance columnist Gao Tianyou said: “After Zhou Zhuohua and his gang of more than ten people were arrested, the list of “washed rice flowers” in his hands is probably very amazing.”
He inferred that Ximihua’s list of 80,000 gambler members may be traced to “all manifestations” through a QR code.
