AGORDINO. From nine years of imprisonment, to complete acquittal. Sentenced to nine years in first instance for sexual assault on his adopted daughteran Agordino father was acquitted because the fact does not exist by the Court of Appeal of Venice.
The sentence handed down in 2017 by judge Coniglio, at the request of the Gallego prosecutor, has been completely reformed.
