SASSARI. Another postponement, with the solution, albeit provisional, to the problem of air links between Sardinia and the peninsula, which is moving away. There has not yet been the announcement of the winner of the tender for territorial continuity. In fact, even on Ita there is a sort of “survey supplement”. The company has been asked for documents on the size of the fleet. Pure formality? Sign of some problem coming up? It should be known as early as tomorrow 4 October and, calendar in hand, there will only be 10 days left to set up the connections from the three Sardinian airports (Cagliari, Olbia and Alghero). For now, the Ita network does not consider Sardinia. In Italy, the new company will connect the airports of Brindisi, Bologna, Bari, Catania, Rome Fiumicino, Florence, Genoa, Milan Linate, Naples, Palermo, breaking latest news, Reggio Calabria, Lamezia Terme, Turin, Trieste, Venice and Verona. If you try to book a flight to or from one of the three Sardinian airports, on any date after 15 October, Ita’s booking system still issues an error message.
