Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ali Muhammad Khan was arrested again soon after his release.
Yesterday, the Peshawar High Court gave a reserved verdict on the petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former state minister Ali Muhammad Khan, and ordered his release on a surety bond of one lakh rupees.
Ali Muhammad Khan’s release warrant was signed by the DC office, and his release warrant was delivered to the Central Jail from the DC office, after which the former federal minister was released.
As soon as Ali Muhammad Khan was released from Peshawar Central Jail, he was arrested again.
Sources say that Ali Mohammad Khan has been arrested again by the Mardan police, and has been arrested on May 9 and 10 in the case of arson and vandalism.
