In Santa Marta, the law is for everyone except for some motorcyclists who walk through the different sectors of the city doing their own thing in terms of rape. to the prohibitions established by the authorities. On several occasions we have denounced irregular situations committed by some of these with the aim of drawing the attention of those in charge of traffic regulation, but no improvement is noted due to their lack of action. This is yet another example of the irresponsibility of a motorcycle driver who did not give a ‘whistle’ to travel through the square of the Cathedral of Santa Marta despite the prohibitions.
