The offers for the management of the local historian of Aosta can be submitted by October 29th

The Municipality of Aosta has published the call for tenders for the reopening of the Caffè Nazionale in Piazza Chanoux. The aspiring managers can submit their offer by next 29 October (the deadline is set at 12 noon).

The National is counted among the historical places of Italy and is subject to artistic and cultural protection. Candidate managers will have to take care of the extraordinary maintenance works of the Café and its ancient and characteristic Gothic hall. Also for this reason in recent days the Aostan city council has established special conditions to encourage participation in the tender. The annual fee, of at least € 81,600 (plus VAT), will not be required for the first three months of the contract and will be reduced to 10% of the total for the next 33 months.

“The property will be granted and entrusted to the entitled person, complete with furniture and equipment,” the municipal administration specifies. «The object of the assignment is the management of a food and drink administration and related activities. The duration of the concession will vary from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 25 years from the date of signing the contract ».
