AXA Bank’s online banking website and mobile app were disrupted almost all day on Monday due to technical problems. Only since 5 p.m. everything would work again.

“Dear customer, home banking and the mobile app are temporarily unavailable. We are doing everything we can to resolve it,” said a statement on AXA’s website since Monday morning.

Since Monday morning at 8am. AXA customers were unable to make online banking transactions.

“There were technical problems,” says Caroline Beauvois of AXA.

“They started around 8am. ‘in the morning. Since 5 p.m. online banking is possible again.”

According to spokeswoman Caroline Beauvois, there is no hacking involved.

Other parts of the AXA Group are also said to have faced problems.

Some customers complained on social media because it was the second time this year.

“At the end of January there were also problems with internet banking at AXA Bank. So this is the second time in less than a month. How is that possible,” asks a customer.

AXA apologizes for the inconvenience.

“Due to a technical breakdown, a number of services were unavailable all day today. Home banking and the AXA Bank Mobile app also did not work. We know that it is very annoying if the service does not work as it should and we would like to sincerely apologize for this,” they sent to all customers.
