SIANO – The 30-year-old from Siano was sentenced to six years in prison, at the end of the shortened rite, of episodes of sexual violence committed against three minors, with death threats and intimidation practiced to obtain their “favors.”
The judge ruled out one of the disputed episodes against him, imposing the penalty after the ritual Council Chamber. The young man from Siano was tried by the judge of the preliminary hearing of the Court of Nocera Inferiore, Gustavo Danise, with perpetual interdiction from public office and legal interdiction for the duration of the sentence. Furthermore, the perennial ban on taking up positions in institutes, schools or structures attended by minors was established and with the filing of the reasons set within 90 days.
