At the 236th new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control press conference held in Beijing this afternoon, Tang Yunhua, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, said:

The Beijing Market Epidemic Prevention Team will continue to strengthen the supervision of imported cold chain food, focusing on the third-party cold storage of imported cold chain food traders. There is no inspection and quarantine certificate, no nucleic acid test report, no disinfection certificate, and no Beijing cold chain traceability information. Chain food will not be purchased, eaten, transported, stored, or sold.

Increase the frequency of nucleic acid testing in the farmers’ market. New employees in the farmer’s market, employees in imported cold-chain food, and sanitation and cleaners involved in imported cold-chain food, can only engage in business and other activities in the market with a negative nucleic acid test within 3 days.

The rest of the employees in the farmer’s market can only engage in business and other activities in the market with a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 7 days.

The farmer’s market conducts nucleic acid tests on the environment every week, and the number of samples to be sampled shall not be less than 20, Relevant testing requirements will be dynamically adjusted as the epidemic situation changes.
