This “free application, enjoyable” model will benefit 68% of small, medium and micro enterprises in Beijing.
Today, the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau stated that the Bureau, together with the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economic Information Technology, jointly issued the “Notice on Continuing the Implementation of the Unemployment Insurance Stable Job Refund Policy”. Employers with no layoffs or fewer layoffs in 2020 will be refunded unemployment insurance premiums. This year, Beijing optimized the handling process, relying on the automatic comparison of social security system data, and qualified employers can directly enjoy the policy without applying. The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau stated that among the 435,000 household units that meet the requirements of “exempt application and enjoy”, if the bank account belongs to the 413,000 household units of the cooperative bank of the social security department, it is expected to receive subsidies before the end of July this year. The total amount of funds is nearly 800 million yuan; the bank account does not belong to the 22,000 household units of the cooperative bank of the social security department, and it is expected to receive a total of more than 100 million yuan in subsidies before the end of August. The bureau reminded that starting from August this year, there are still seven types of employers who need to submit an application to enjoy the refund policy, namely: those who are included in the list of severely illegal and untrustworthy units have been removed; the units that are not within the scope of application have not been identified after the change. If the job position adjustment of the related units causes the layoff rate to fail to meet the requirements; the unit that is deemed to meet the requirements but is not on the “free of application” publicity list; the enterprise that has not fulfilled the relevant commitments on temporary job subsidies stranded in Hubei, and has fulfilled it Promises; companies that have not fulfilled their commitments to accurately support temporary job subsidies, and have fulfilled their commitments; human resource service companies and labor dispatch companies, etc., are not included in the scope of “free of application”.
