Skip the demographic change: last year only 195 new born, the worst figure ever. “Local initiatives are no longer enough”

CASTELFRANCO. Denatality, in Castelfranco the figure explodes in its gravity: in 2021, in fact, the psychological quota of 200 new born Castellans went below. After almost a decade in which the figure had settled on an average of over 240 newborns, last year the count stopped at 195.
A trend that had already been glimpsed in 2020 when the births were 214 against 239 the previous year.
