Businesses abuse public space

The merchants of the clothing stores located on the Bolívar road, between San Juan and Colombia, took over the sidewalks. Many of these businesses take refrigerators, washing machines and other appliances out onto the street, preventing pedestrians from passing through.

It is not understood why the district administration allows this improper use of public space, instead of confiscating the appliances.
