It is official: the Metropolitan City of Turin, which is responsible for the authorization process as part of the conference of services, has rejected the project for the construction of a plant for the production of biomethane between the Carolina di Caluso district and the Municipality of Mazzè, on the site of the former Edilias.
Now the proposing company (Caluso biometano sas based in Verona) has 60 days to present a possible appeal to the TAR, the Regional Administrative Court.
