Friuli, 820 cases and 12 deaths
In Friuli Venezia Giulia, out of a total of 22,297 tests and swabs, 820 positivity was found, equal to 3.67%. There were 12 deaths, which occurred in hospitals and in facilities for the elderly. The victims are between 65 and 94 years old. The people admitted to intensive care are 25 (-1), while patients in other wards are 284 (-10). The total of positive cases was reduced by 8 units following 4 antigenic tests not confirmed by molecular and 4 tests removed after case review.
In Tuscany 709 infections and three deaths
Three, two men and a woman with an average age of 83.7 years, have died from Covid in Tuscany and bring the total deaths in the region due to the epidemic to 7,418. The total cases of positivity in Tuscany are 303,379. The average age of the 709 new positives today is approximately 40 years (27% are under 20, 19% between 20 and 39, 34% between 40 and 59, 17% between 60 and 79, 3% have 80 years or older). The healed grew by 0.1% and reached 286,069 (94.3% of total cases). The percentage of currently positives is growing, reaching 9,892, + 5.1% compared to the previous day. The hospitalized are 294 (4 less than Thursday) of which 48 in intensive care (1 less).
In the Marche 476 positives
There are 476 cases of positivity registered in the Marche in 24 hours but for the second consecutive day the incidence on 100 thousand inhabitants decreases and stands at 185.95 (previous 195.28 and Thursday 192.95). There are 116 people with symptoms. In the hospital setting, 74% of intensive care patients are unvaccinated and 26% vaccinated; the incidence per 100 thousand inhabitants, however, shows that among the unvaccinated the hospitalizations in intensive care the value is equal to 4.22 while among the vaccinated it stands at 0.54. The incidence in the medical area is respectively 11.91 and 2.72 and between the positives in general 61.42 (not vaccinated) against 20.75 (vaccinated).
In Puglia 291 cases and three deaths
There are 291 new coronavirus cases detected in Puglia out of 21,632 recorded daily tests (1.3% of tests), while three people died. The most affected province is that of Foggia with 93 new cases followed by the province of Bari, with 72 cases, while in Taranto there are 69 new infections. Another 43 infected are in the province of Lecce, while in the province of Brindisi there have been 8 cases and 5 in Bat. A total of 4,355 people are currently positive, 126 are those hospitalized in a non-critical area and 20 in intensive care.
In Abruzzo 286 new cases
There are 286 new positive cases recorded in Abruzzo and bring the total from the beginning of the emergency to 88,664. The total is lower due to realignments. The death toll of patients recorded two new cases and rises to 2597. The number of positive cases also includes 81,351 discharged and cured (+61 compared to the previous day). The currently positives in Abruzzo (calculated by subtracting the number of discharged / recovered and deceased from the total of positives) are 4,716 (+222 compared to the previous day). One hundred and fourteen patients (+4) are hospitalized in the medical area; 9 (+1) in intensive care, while the other 4,593 (+217) are in home isolation.
