    There are 487 new Covid-19 positives in Liguria today, compared to 3,236 molecular swabs carried out in the last 24 hours, to which another 3,980 rapid antigenic swabs are added. This is the data in today’s bulletin issued by the Ligurian regional emergency task force that updates on the progress of the pandemic in the area.

  • Australia: agreement with Moderna to produce mRna vaccines

    Moderna Inc announced today that there is an agreement to produce a vaccine in Australia that will lead to the production of up to 100 million vaccines per year. Australia is preparing to become the largest producer of mRNA vaccines outside the US and Europe, with an agreement worth 1.3 billion euros with the pharmaceutical giant Moderna, to build a plant in Melbourne capable of producing from 2024 until to 100 million doses per year of respiratory vaccines, both pandemic and non-pandemic, therefore also against seasonal flu.
