Covid, appeal to the TAR of Aosta against the obligation of vaccines for health professionals

by admin

The Valle d’Aosta Local Health Authority appeared in court

The Usl Company of the Aosta Valley has appeared in court for an appeal against the obligation of vaccination for health personnel.

The question will be debated before the Tar of Aosta. The applicants ask the administrative judges to first suspend and then cancel all the measures that in some way concern the obligation to undergo vaccination against Covid-19 for those who exercise the health professions in the Aosta Valley health company.

According to recent regional data, there were more than 240 unvaccinated health personnel and the administration session was booked for about seventy people.
