Covid: Marche rises to 252, stable hospitalizations 82

Three deaths, incidence rate of 58.87 per 100 thousand inhabitants

(ANSA) – ANCONA, 05 NOV – A surge in covid positives in the Marches in the last 24 hours: they are 252 (yesterday 159), while the incidence rate rises to 58.87 per 100 thousand inhabitants. However, the number of hospitalized remains substantially stable, 82 (+1 on yesterday), of which 21 in intensive care (-1), 19 in semi-intensive care (-1), 42 in non-intensive wards (+3), in addition to 5 discharged.

According to the bulletin of the Health Service of the Region there were three deaths; those of a 96 year old from Serra San Quirico, an 83 year old from Fermo, a 90 year old from Ancona, which make the total rise to 3,114. At the territorial level there is a peak of cases in the province of Pesaro Urbino, 97, followed by that of Anona with 62, Fermo with 34, Macerata with 30, Ascoli Piceno with 21, in addition to 8 cases outside the region. The new cases represent a positivity of 14% out of 1,798 swabs analyzed in the diagnostic screening path (3,512 swabs tested overall, 828 antigenic ones). They include 44 symptomatic subjects, 72 domestic contacts, 68 close contacts of positive cases, 9 contacts in a social environment, 8 positive contacts in a school / training setting, 4 contacts in a work setting, 4 cases outside the region, 3 contacts in a care setting, 1 case emerged from health screening, while 39 cases are in the epidemiological investigation phase. There are 6 people under observation in the emergency room, 52 guests of local structures (the Rsa di Campofilone). As of today there are 2,568 positives, of which 2,487 in home isolation, the people in quarantine are 4,074, the discharged / healed since the beginning of the pandemic rise to 111,188. (HANDLE).
