Covid, the bulletin: 925 new cases and 11 deaths. A 49-year-old woman among the victims

UDINE. in Friuli Venezia Giulia 296 new infections were detected on 5,803 molecular swabs, with a positive percentage of 5.01%. Furthermore, 7,958 rapid antigenic tests have been carried out, from which 629 cases (7.9%) were detected. The total infections are 925. The people hospitalized in intensive care are 21, while the patients hospitalized in other departments drop to 328.

This was announced by the deputy governor of the Region with responsibility for Health, Riccardo Riccardi.

As regards the trend in the spread of the virus among the population, the most affected group is the 40-49 year old (17.73%), followed by the 50-59 year old (14.7%) and the 30-39 year old. years (12.86%).

Today there are 11 deaths: a 100-year-old woman from Rivignano Teor (who died in RSA), a 92-year-old woman from Latisana (who died in RSA), a 91-year-old woman from Pasian di Prato (who died in Rsa), a 91-year-old man from Cividale del Friuli (who died in Rsa), an 87-year-old man from Trieste (who died in hospital), an 82-year-old man from Fiume Veneto (who died in hospital), an 81-year-old woman from Trieste Latisana (who died in hospital), a 71-year-old man from Trieste (who died in hospital), a 68-year-old man from Remanzacco (who died at home), a 67-year-old woman from Trieste (who died at home), a woman 49-year-old from Porcia (who died in hospital).

Overall deaths amounted to 4,706, with the following territorial subdivision: 1,145 in Trieste, 2,253 in Udine, 897 in Pordenone and 411 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 272,411, the clinically healed 437, while the people in isolation drop to 24,771.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 302,674 people have been positive with the following territorial division: 65,342 in Trieste, 125,663 in Udine, 73,167 in Pordenone, 34,117 in Gorizia and 4,385 from outside the region. The total of positives was reduced by 6 units following the review of the same number of tests.

With regard to the regional health system, the following positives were found: in the Giuliano Isontina university health company 2 administrators, an auxiliary, a health worker, a dietician, a pharmacist, 3 nurses, 3 rehabilitation therapists; in the Friuli Centrale University Healthcare Company 2 administrators, an auxiliary, a pharmacist, 5 nurses, 3 doctors, 3 social health workers, two prevention technicians, a veterinarian; a dietician, 2 doctors, a social health worker in the Western Friuli University Healthcare Company; a researcher in the Irccs Cro of Aviano.

With regard to residences for the elderly in Friuli Venezia Giulia, the infection of 13 guests (of which 8 in Tolmezzo) and that of as many operators were recorded.
