The Institute of Sports, Recreation and Physical Activity, Inder Valledupar, announced the procedure for reserving free community practice in the synthetic scenarios run by the municipality.
The first step to reserve is to send a message to the institutional email [email protected] with a minimum of 3 days in advance and a maximum of 10 days, where you must indicate: request for free space, community, setting to use, date and time to reserve, full name, verifiable ID number, verifiable telephone contact.
Once the request is received and according to the availability of the space in the requested scenario, the applicant must receive an email confirming their reservation, the name of the park manager and their telephone contact so that the use of the reserved space is guaranteed.
The interested party must keep in mind that to have the stage free of charge, the following times are enabled: from 5 am to 7 am from Monday to Sunday; from 7 pm to 9 pm Monday to Friday and from 7 pm to 11 pm Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
FOR TOURNAMENTS
If it is the reservation of synthetic scenarios by Inder, but for events (tournaments), the procedure is similar, although in this case, the entity reported, it has a cost.
The interested party must send a message to the institutional email [email protected] with a minimum of 3 days in advance and a maximum of 10 days, where you must indicate: request for space for a particular event, setting to be used, date and time to be reserved, full name, verifiable ID number, verifiable telephone contact.
Once the request is received and according to the availability of the space in the requested scenario, the applicant will receive an email of your reservation, indicating that they must make a payment; Once you make the payment, you must send the payment support to the institutional email or go to the INDER-Valledupar Parks and Scenarios Administration office.
The rector of local sports also pointed out that those who plan to set up a business in the premises built in some parks and stages managed by Inder-Valledupar can approach the Inder Parks and Stages Administration Office.
