A revolution. State TV can sell majority stake in RayWay. Prime Minister Mario Draghi – it is learned from government sources – has in fact signed a decree that allows Viale Mazzini to drop below 51% of its stake in Ray Way. The majority shareholding of Ray Way already brought to the market by the former CEO Luigi Gubitosi from now on – according to the decree – may also be held by third parties.
