CAGLIARI.- Double tragedy in Pula, on the south west coast of Sardinia. An 87-year-old drowned while taking a bath and another bather, in an attempt to revive him – perhaps due to exertion and fatigue – suffered a heart attack. The two dramas, one linked to the other, took place shortly after 5 pm in the Fox’e Sali area. Ambulances and 118 helicopter on site: attempts to revive the two elderly were useless. Also in Sardinia today another bather died after saving his daughter and two other girls. (HANDLE)
