There are eight Canavese candidates for the metropolitan council which will be renewed on Sunday 19 December. All with little chance of being elected. In fact, these are second-level elections where the mayors and the municipal councilors in office in the 312 municipalities included in the territory of the metropolitan city of Turin are the holders of the active and passive electorate.
