The Monfalconese singer was chosen by the UN as testimonial of the campaign on sustainable development

PALMANOVA. Another international star will shine in the summer with the music of Palmanova. With a message for the environment: Elisa from Monfalcone returns to the stage with “Back to the Future Live Tour”, a mammoth live project that will see her perform throughout Italy (no region excluded) starting from the end of May and stop in her Friuli Venezia Giulia with a single unmissable stop, on 4 August (starting at 9.30 pm), in the splendid scenery of the Piazza Grande in Palmanova, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Tickets for the concert, organized by Zenit Srl in collaboration with Regione Fvg, Città di Palmanova and PromoTurismoFvg, will be on sale in pre-sale for fan clubs from 4pm on Wednesday 30 March and on general sale from 5pm on Thursday 31 March on Ticketone circuit (info and sales points on www.azalea.it).

Elisa’s constant interest in our planet led the UN to appoint the artist as the first Ally “Ally” in the SDG Action campaign on sustainable development goals. The ambitions of the SDGs are to overturn the script already written to obtain a more just, peaceful and green world, shaping a new reality: a reality in which the climate crisis will not put an end to humanity, because humanity will put an end to the climate crisis.

Elisa is therefore the Italian voice that will bring the message of #FlipTheScript in the public and in her private life: the impossible that becomes possible if we act together, which means taking back the world because it belongs to everyone and not just to some. «A unique voice, an artist known all over the world, arrives in Piazza Grande for a special evening – commented Giuseppe Tellini, Mayor of Palmanova -. We are proud that Elisa has chosen the star-studded city for this unique concert of her important project, which once again confirms Palmanova as a UNESCO heritage site as the ideal setting for great music and great shows ».

So Back to the Future Live Tour will not be just a tour, but a traveling festival with a series of contents created in collaboration with Music Innovation Hub and other travel companions to raise public awareness on the green topic. In fact, at the center there will always be a particular commitment to the environment, following an important protocol drawn up by the Politecnico di Milano and Music Innovation Hub.
