STRATEC PLANS DIVIDEND OF €0.55 PER SHARE FOR THE 2023 FISCAL YEAR

The Supervisory Board and Executive Board of STRATEC plan to propose to the Annual General Meeting on May 17, 2024 the distribution of a dividend of €0.55 per share for the 2023 financial year (previous year: €0.97 per share). This proposal is based on the positive medium to long-term growth prospects and is in line with the dividend policy of a payout ratio of 40% to 60% of adjusted consolidated earnings.
The reduced distribution amount compared to the previous year must be viewed against the background of internal and potential external growth opportunities, the associated financing requirements and the financing already taken out for the acquisition of Natech Plastics, Inc. in 2023.
Based on preliminary figures, STRATEC confirms compliance with its financial forecast for the 2023 financial year of currency-adjusted consolidated sales slightly below the previous year’s level and an adjusted EBIT margin of around 10.0% to 12.0%. STRATEC will publish the figures for the 2023 financial year and the outlook for 2024 as planned on March 28, 2024.
