The President of the Republic Félix Tshsisekedi spoke for almost an hour on Monday with the outgoing Prime Minister, Jean Michel Sama Lukonde.
The Presidency of the Republic, which publishes this information, specifies: “This meeting of more than an hour takes place three days after the Head of State received the final report of the fact-finding mission entrusted to the honorable Augustin Kabuya” .
At the end of this interview, specifies the same source, the former Prime Minister did not make any statement. The elected official from Kasenga, in the province of Haut-Katanga, limited himself to a goodbye.
Mrs. Judith Sumwina Tuluka has been appointed Prime Minister, head of government of the Democratic Republic of Congo, replacing Jean Michel Sama Lukonde.
The same Monday, the President of the Republic, under the terms of an order read in the evening on the Congolese national radio and television channels (RTNC) appointed a Prime Minister, in the person of Mrs. Judith Suminwa Tuluka. Until her appointment, the latter was Minister of Planning in the Sama Lukonde government known as the “Warriors”. She was also the one who coordinated the development program for the 145 territories (PDL -145 territories). As its name indicates, this program aims to provide all territories of the DRC with basic social infrastructure, namely schools, health centers, microvoltaic power plants but also the rehabilitation of agricultural service roads.
