The Meta company removes on Facebook a network of accounts linked to the anti-vaccination movement called V_V which originated in Italy and France and has targeted doctors, journalists and politicians with “mass harassment” and “brigading”. “The people behind this business have relied on a combination of authentic, duplicate and fake accounts to mass comment on Pages, editorial realities, and individuals, to intimidate and silence them. We will take action if we find further violations, ”explains Meta who has collaborated with the government and police.
