In the blitz the carabinieri seized 275 kilos of cannabis
BONORVA. The shed of a farm, in the Bonorva countryside, had been transformed into a real industrial laboratory. Among artisanal machinery and plants for drying plants, the carabinieri found something like 215 kilos of marijuana. Another 60 kilos, for a total of 275, were instead found inside some bins for the storage of olives, well hidden among the bushes of the Mediterranean scrub that grows all around. The owner of the farm, a farmer originally from Fonni, was thus arrested in the act of crime and transferred to the Bancali prison.(d.b.)
