The so-called “anti-price increase” decree (legislative decree 21/2022, “Urgent measures to counter the economic and humanitarian effects of the Ukrainian crisis”) is about to obtain the final go-ahead from the Chamber. The final grade by the Monecitorio Chamber is expected for today, Thursday 19, or at the latest tomorrow.
From the cut in excise duties on fuels until July 8 to the increase in the number of beneficiaries of social bonuses, to fuel vouchers for employees, the provision was largely modified during the examination in the Senate: from 39 articles for a total of 142 paragraphs, 89 articles were passed, for a total of 247 paragraphs.
In the passage to Palazzo Madama in particular, the golden power chapter was strongly strengthened both with its extension to the establishment of companies in the envisaged sectors, and with its applicability to concessions starting from hydroelectric ones. Here, in summary, are the main measures.
