Discrimination, so angry that the female victim wanted to commit suicide by jumping off the building to show her innocence.
On October 25th, the Guiyang City and Gui’an New District’s Social Prevention and Control Team to respond to the epidemic issued a notice to the Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau stating that on the 25th, the Guiyang City Social Defense Office received information: There are 2 people in M District, Huaguoyuan, Nanming District, Guiyang City Those who returned to Guizhou from Northwestern tourism had a positive result of the initial nucleic acid test (Zhong Xguo, Lin Xfang), and immediately check the group number, itinerary, list of personnel and personal information of the two people participating in the tour group.
Before the final result was released, the authorities issued a notice in the WeChat group and the community that Zhong Xguo and Lin Xfang were “positive” cases, and sealed off the building in District M of Huaguoyuan for one day.

On the 20th, the local Health Commission and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention called the couple and asked them to do a nucleic acid test. Zhong Xguo told The Epoch Times on the 25th that they had done four nucleic acid tests. The first time was negative (on the 21st), the second time the sampling was not collected, the third time was negative, and the fourth time was also negative. “The other party said that the test was not completed (the second time), and that it was suspected to be positive.” He said that the second check was negative on the morning of the 24th and 25th.
A notice issued by the authorities disclosed the personal information of the couple, and soon they received personal assault calls from various parties.
“I don’t know how to do it, so it all spread, saying that we are positive. We sealed our building. Three units have 40 floors, and the shops below are also sealed.” Lin Xfang said.
She told reporters, “Some people care about us; some scold us, saying that you are rich, running around and still running outside; now friends from other provinces are calling us to talk about us, and some groups send all our photos. It’s… I said we didn’t run, we sit here and wait for the result.”
Lin Xfang cried and said, “I wanted to jump off the building yesterday (24th). The police were here at the time. I said that both of us are 70 years old. We are not afraid of death, but we are afraid of infecting others. You can’t do this. Yes, I have to figure it out before issuing the (announcement). Really, this personal attack is terrible.”
“We haven’t slept from yesterday to today (25th). Everyone called me. There are hundreds of these calls. Really, it’s not good not to answer.” She said, she just went downstairs and ran into The neighbor upstairs, she showed him the test results, and he stayed away.
“I really want to die, I really can’t help it. I was really wronged, too angry. Reporter, please clarify for me. Now we are all negative, that is, the second time we did not sample. This is their responsibility. “Lin Xfang said.
Zhong Xguo said angrily that they are still misunderstood when they go out. Now they are normal negative, all those people have been removed, and the guards have been removed. “They (the authorities) are not doing the right thing, and they spread it around before confirming the condition. If you can’t figure it out, don’t publish it.”
Lin Xfang said, “It’s too painful for us to be wronged this way. If we can’t survive this way, I told the director, and the director told us to clarify.”
The Epoch Times reporter called Director Wu of Huaguoyuan Community to ask about the couple’s situation, but Director Wu said badly, “I don’t have to tell you,” and then hung up.
A new round of epidemics in the mainland began on October 16, and has spread to 11 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities including Shaanxi, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Gansu, Hunan, Guizhou, Hebei, Hubei, and Qinghai. Most of the confirmed and positive cases are directly or indirectly related to Ejina Banner, Inner Mongolia. So far, hundreds of people have been infected.
