A family infected with the epidemic is like a big enemy
On November 2nd, Beijing officials reported that from 0:00 to 11:00 on the 2nd, there were 4 newly confirmed cases in the city. The four cases are a family of four, all living in the second district of Tiantongyuan North, Tiantongyuan North Street, Changping District.
The confirmed case 1 is a male who works in Beijing Automotive Co., Ltd. (Shunyi District). Confirmed case 2 is the wife of confirmed case 1. She was vaccinated for the third dose on October 30 and worked at the Chaolai campus of Huajiadi Experimental Primary School. From October 18 to 22 and October 25 to 29, I drove my son to and from school every day (studying at the Donghuwan campus of Chen Jinglun Middle School Branch). The movement trajectories of the 4 confirmed cases include multiple buses, online car-hailing, private cars, a express station on the basement level of a supermarket near the residence, nucleic acid testing sites, temporary vaccination sites in Laiguangying, and Donghu Bay of Chen Jinglun Middle School in Chaoyang District Campus etc.
Mr. Chen (pseudonym), a restaurant owner in the second district of Tiantongyuan North, Tiantongyuan North Street, Changping District, where the confirmed case lives, told the Epoch Times reporter on the afternoon of the 2nd that four people in the community were diagnosed and the whole community was closed. . The courier didn’t dare to enter, and could only deliver it to the door. He said, “The people who were diagnosed lived in Building 33, and one of them had contact with the infected person. People in the whole community had a nucleic acid test last night. The results came out today. Now there are many medical staff in the community. It’s very serious here. .”
“The closure started at 7 o’clock last night, and the supermarkets across the (community) were all closed. There were customers in the store and all the customers were driven out. The residents were all staying at home. The results came out today.” Mr. Chen said, ” If we are not allowed to operate, there is nothing we can do to affect our business.”
The female owner of a porridge shop in the first district of Tiantong Beiyuan told reporters that the shop here was not open. They were in a meeting, and they hadn’t said whether they could open the door. There was a confirmed case in the second district, and a lot of people came. We are investigating. There are many police cars. It’s very serious here.
Parents of students: Children stay in school for one night
Zhu Sheng, deputy mayor of Chaoyang District, Beijing, said at a press conference on the 2nd that on November 1st, Changping District collected nasopharyngeal swabs from 5 people from a household in Zhang’s family. 4 people were tested positive for nucleic acid, of which Zhang was the one who tested positive for nucleic acid. The child did not go home until 5:30 in the morning on the 2nd. After the nucleic acid test, I was allowed to go home after the results were okay. I thought I waited for an hour or two yesterday (1st) and the child should go home, but waited until the next morning. I couldn’t sleep this night.
The parent said that at 5 o’clock in the morning on the 2nd, the secretary of the community led the doctor to come to our house to do a nucleic acid test for our whole family. My 3-year-old kid did it too. The whole family was asked to quarantine for 14 days, and those who went to work were asked to work from home. The child now has online lessons at home.
She also revealed that the person who was diagnosed was the third-grade head teacher of the school, who had taught students. Therefore, all the students in the third grade were taken away and isolated in a centralized manner, while the remaining students in the class were isolated at home. “We don’t know the details, the information we read on the Internet today.”
Beijing officials stated that the Chaolai campus of Huajiadi Experimental Primary School where the confirmed case 2 works, and the Donghuwan campus of the branch school of Chen Jinglun Middle School (where the son of case 2 is studying) have suspended classes.
In addition, on the afternoon of October 30, the vaccinators at the temporary vaccination site in Laiguangying Township involved 16 other schools in Changping District and all classes were suspended.

Beijing Changping is upgraded to medium risk
From November 2nd, Beijing has designated the Second Community of Tiantong Beiyuan, Tiantongyuan North Street, Changping District as a medium-risk area.
