As always in recent times, moved, Harrison Ford thanked for the lifetime achievement award received at the Critics Choice Awards, with a sweet and dry speech as is his style: “I was very lucky”.

Harrison Ford: “Grateful for the opportunities I’ve had”

After a kiss to his wife Calista Flockhart (59 years old, married in 2010, but have been together for twenty years), Ford has reached the stage of Critics Choice Awards to collect the Lifetime Achievement Awardintroduced by the director of the latest Indy, James Mangold, who described his acting style thus: “Authentic, deeply felt, masculine yet vulnerable, often touching and frequently hilarious.” Harrison stated:

First of all, I’m very happy to be here and see how our sector is transforming. And to see all the talented people they have now opportunities that perhaps wouldn’t have existed in the early part of my career. I’m very happy with it. […] I’m here for one combination of luck and work by wonderful directors, screenwriters and cinematographers. I feel enormously lucky. […] I thank my wife, who supports me when I need support – and I need a lot of it. […] I thank all the good actors and actresses I have worked with, I feel deeply happy to have had the opportunities I have had, I thank you. […] I won’t take up any more of your time.
