How jobs and cities change

by admin

In collaboration with the Unipolis foundation, during the three days of the festival we will reflect on how the world of work has changed in particular for young people, who live increasingly informal, fragmented and precarious work experiences. The challenge is to transform them into a constructive path and try to imagine a different relationship between work and the rest of life. The sociologist Francesca Coin, Antonio Perdichizzi, president of the non-profit organization Junior achievement Italia, and Francesco Seghezzi of the Adapt foundation will discuss it on 2 October at the Apollo cinema, with the introduction and moderation of the journalist Roberta Carlini

Re-imagining the world of work also implies a rethinking of the urban spaces where work and relationship activities take place. The future city must become more human, shared and welcoming, in order to favor the connections between people. On October 3, Ebi Maria Grassi of the Unipol Group, Ezio Manzini, president of Desis network, Paola Romano of the municipality of Bari and – in connection – Helgard Haug, of the Rimini protokoll collective of theater authors and directors will talk about it. Introduces and moderates Matteo Brambilla, of the collaborative newsletter Signals from the future.
