In the village of La Bodega de Combia, there is a problem with the electrical networks that has affected several people. It happens that the conduction cables are added and very weakened, according to the community, for this reason when there are strong storms, the ropes fall to the ground apart from igniting.
They have presented different documents in petitions to the Energy Company, from there they have sent the corresponding team, but the engineer Carlos Enrique Chica, the last time left in writing that everything was in good condition and that filled the patience of the inhabitants to those who have burned their refrigerator, microwave, sound equipment and put the lives of the people who were passing through the place at risk. “Why don’t they come early when you tell them? See, the gale was at 5:00 in the afternoon and they arrived almost at 3:00 the other day and that’s why the accident happened.”
According to Medardo Vallejo, who has managed all the requests and keeps the documents, he explained: “I have made four claims for a year, in the first two they responded that everything was fine, but on March 23 the cable burst and burned the electrical appliances Don Ricardo Leon Diaz. Luisa Fernanda Loaiza, a young woman from the village, had to leave after noon on May 10, to bring a reason to a farm worker, her dog Luna, always accompanied her everywhere and since she had not even turned a year old, she went ahead with such bad luck that she stepped on the ropes and was caught by the current. In the attempt to let go, she put her trunk on and it was worse, Luisa screaming for help and helpless had to see how the friend who saved her life stopped screaming and died. An hour after another worker reported Luna’s death, those affected say, “The gang did arrive.”
