At 5:30 pm on February 26, a road accident occurred on diagonal 47 and 11 (intersection) in the city of Yopal, where a 74-year-old woman lost her life.
The Deputy Commander of Traffic Agents, Diego García Peralta, confirmed that the victim was identified as Anadelina Chaparro, who was run over by a motorcyclist and due to the serious injuries caused, died at the scene.
According to the report provided by the traffic authority, in this accident the hypothesis of alleged excess speed by the motorcyclist is being handled, a situation that the competent authorities will have to clarify.
