TREVISO. They win the Inps competition, are assigned to Treviso, submit the request for transfer to their city of origin – with law 104 which gives the right to mobility to assist an invalid relative – especially in Sicily, Campania and Puglia. A turnover that “puts the provision of services at risk”, because it adds to staff shortages that are now dramatically structural.
