Internet Governance Forum 2024: public consultation on the relevant topics begins

The 19th Internet Governance Forum will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in late 2024.

By filling in the dedicated module by 31 January 2024 it is possible to participate in the public consultation, indicating to the IGF Secretariat which are the priority topics concerning the Internet to be discussed during the next annual IGF event.

Il Leadership Panel IGF also published the draft document “Internet We Want” which is under public consultation. You can contribute by indicating your comments.

From October 8 to 12, 2023, IGF held its 18th annual meeting in a hybrid format, hosted by the Japanese government in Kyoto. The event, themed “The Internet We Want – Empowering All People”, featured discussions on some of the most pressing issues in digital policy, from Internet access and human rights, to Internet fragmentation, to cybersecurity , artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
