Facts for which Donato Lonero, 51 years old from Ivrea, negotiated the sentence of one year and ten months before the judge Elena Stoppini. With the path chosen by his lawyer Filippo Amoroso, he will have to serve only five months and a few days in prison: the crime, in fact, has been considered continuously with other convictions and plea agreements, for which Lonero had already served a sentence of more than one year and four months.
