The rain was not an impediment for the vallenatos and visitors to go out into the streets to enjoy the traditional Jeep Willys Parranderos parade that took over the main avenues of Valleduparthus beginning the activities of the 57th edition of the Vallenata Legend Festival in tribute to Iván Villazón.
The caravan evokes the custom of revelers from the 60s and 70s, who visited nearby towns in their vehicles singing vallenato songs. This is one of the most joyful, colorful and colorful events of the cultural contest, since men and women dressed as piloneros and typical vallenato outfits are on board the cars, livening up the journey.

For their part, Angélica Simanca and her husband Guillermo Alonso, of Spanish origin, enjoyed the parade after six years living in Spain. But, they expected this to be longer, since they were only able to see it for five minutes due to the delay of some vehicles.
