The meeting decided that Jiang Chaoliang was appointed as the deputy chairman of the NPC Agriculture and Rural Committee; Bu Xiaolin was appointed as the deputy chairman of the NPC Environment and Resources Protection Committee; Wu Shezhou was appointed as the deputy chairman of the National People’s Congress National Committee; Han Weiguo was appointed as the deputy chairman of the NPC Foreign Affairs Committee; Yuan Yubai served as the vice chairman of the Social Construction Committee of the National People’s Congress.

Among the five members of the 19th CPC Central Committee, two are provincial officials and three generals. Former political commissar Wu Shezhou of the Western Theater Command, Han Weiguo, former commander of the Army, and Yuan Yubai, former Commander of the Southern Theater, all retired at their age.

The meeting also removed Li Shaoping from the positions of Vice President of the Supreme Court, members of the Judicial Committee, President of the Fifth Circuit, and judges. Shen Liang was appointed Vice President of the Supreme Court and President of the Fifth Circuit.

Prior to this, the whereabouts of Jiang Chaoliang and Bu Xiaolin have always attracted attention from the outside world.

At the end of 2019, a Chinese Communist Party virus (COVID-19) epidemic broke out in Wuhan, Hubei. The Chinese Communist Party concealed the truth from top to bottom governments. Lu Media once reported that in 1997, when the Asian financial crisis broke out, Jiang Chaoliang was sent to the Shenzhen and Guangzhou branches of the central bank to assist Wang Qishan, a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice governor, to deal with the risks of problematic financial institutions. After the storm ended, Jiang Chaoliang returned to Beijing and was promoted to assistant to the governor of the central bank.

It is reported that from May 2004 to September 2008, Jiang Chaoliang served as the chairman and party secretary of the Bank of Communications. At that time, Wang Qishan was the deputy secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and acting mayor.

Before being transferred to the vice chairman of the Environment and Resources Protection Committee of the National People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China, Bu Xiaolin reported that there was a health problem.

On January 26 this year, the live broadcast of the Inner Mongolia TV station showed that at the opening ceremony of the Fourth Session of the 13th National People’s Congress of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Bu Xiaolin suddenly fainted while he was making a government work report.

On August 5, the Inner Mongolia National People’s Congress accepted Bu Xiaolin (63 years old)’s request to resign as chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Bu Xiaolin served in the Legal Affairs Division of the General Office of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government and the Government Legislative Affairs Bureau. He also served as the leader of the Alxa League, the secretary of the League Committee, the vice chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the Communist Party of China, the Standing Committee of the Committee, and the minister of the United Front Work.

Three generations of Bu Xiaolin’s ancestors and grandchildren have served as the chairman of the Inner Mongolian government. His grandfather Ulanhu also served as Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, Vice Premier of the State Council, Vice President of the State, and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress.
