From 0-24 o’clock on December 27, 2021, Jiangxi Province had no new imported cases of confirmed new coronavirus pneumonia, and 1 new imported case of asymptomatic infection. As of 24:00 on December 27, 2021, the province has reported a total of 7 imported confirmed cases and related cases, a total of 7 discharged cases, and no hospitalized imported confirmed cases.
Newly imported asymptomatic infections from abroad: Sun, male, 29 years old, from Wan’an County, Ji’an City. He entered the country from Uzbekistan on December 9, and returned to Jiangxi after the centralized isolation was lifted at the first entry point on December 25. After entering Jiangxi, he was transported to the isolation point in a closed loop as soon as possible. The nucleic acid test result was positive on December 27. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, and imaging examinations, it was diagnosed as “a person with asymptomatic infection of the imported new coronavirus from abroad.” Currently, the infected person is undergoing medical isolation and observation.
