For example, in order to implement projects decided by superiors, some units have to make the entire decision-making process look scientific in order to cope with audits and inspections. In fact, the project has long been decided by the leaders. These costly, time-consuming, laborious and ineffective labors are aimed at just going through the motions and drawing the circle of the so-called scientific decision-making. This is a kind of intrigue that crosses the sea and deceives oneself.
Another example is that every major holiday or sensitive period, the lower-level institutions must respond to the call of the higher level, organize large-scale safety production (or stability maintenance) inspections, or formulate various emergency plans to ensure foolproof. Just like the deaths in the Gansu mountain long-distance race and the deaths caused by the catastrophic floods in Henan, these inspections or plans actually did not play any role. However, a lot of manpower and material resources have to be used to complete this fixed action, in order to shirk responsibility in case something goes wrong. This is also a kind of incoherence for officials to avoid accountability in order to protect themselves.
For another example, in order to get high scores or go to prestigious schools, thousands of students are forced to work hard within the scope of the syllabus for students to squeeze “single-plank bridges”; and parents who look for a child to become a dragon do not hesitate to force students to participate in various extracurricular tuition classes. The high scores, low competence, and rigid and rigid examination system have severely restricted students’ potential intelligence and stifled students’ creativity and imagination. This is the intrigue of using education as a brainwashing tool.
At present, China’s economy has entered the era of stocks, and the demographic dividend period has passed. It can no longer maintain rapid growth to absorb jobs and create wealth as in the previous 30 years, and a “lying flat” family has emerged; coupled with the development trend of anti-globalization , The U.S. sanctions against China’s science and technology trade and the new cold war. The CCP was forced to carry out the so-called internal economic cycle because it could not find new economic growth points. In addition, the CCP virus epidemic that swept the world and the endless various natural and man-made disasters have led to the mainland’s economy. With a sharp decline, domestic consumption is seriously insufficient. The 600 million people who have just been “escaped from poverty” and whose long-term monthly income is less than 1,000 yuan have made the situation worse.
The CCP, which relies on corruption to govern the country, in order to transfer these domestic and foreign contradictions, transfers the people’s extreme dissatisfaction with the CCP’s corrupt regime. Therefore, the CCP blamed the property speculators and housing intermediaries for the skyrocketing property prices caused by land finance and the random issuance of banknotes; it blamed the e-commerce platform for the bankruptcy of countless small and medium-sized enterprises caused by the monopoly of state-owned enterprises; The growth of P2P is attributed to Internet finance; the chaos of education and training institutions caused by “points-only theory” and utilitarian education is blamed on some teachers’ non-teaching and extra-curricular lectures, forcing students to participate in off-campus training; The commitment to the WTO, the “stuck neck” caused by arbitrary infringement and theft of intellectual property rights of other countries is attributed to the conspiracy of the US imperialism…
Therefore, in order to maintain the tyranny of the CCP, the people who are afraid of being in dire straits will rise up. In this way, an industry “infighting” under the banner of “the third wealth distribution” kicked off. In the past, “no matter whether the cat is white or black, as long as the mouse is caught, it is a good cat”; now, those “good cats” that catch mice have become the “bad cats” that the CCP wants to crack down on.
I don’t know, in the past few decades, it was the domestic private companies, including Soros and other foreign predators who gave blood to the CCP in order to help the communists to abuse the CCP. Only when the CCP was fattened and dying, the CCP was dying and dying. The CCP was able to linger, escape from the dead again and again, and survive many crises. In the past, the CCP has always used economic growth to prove the legitimacy of its governance and to prove the superiority of its socialist system. However, in the current large-scale withdrawal of foreign capital, small and medium-sized enterprises have closed down, the real economy has collapsed, and bubbles in finance, real estate, and the Internet are about to burst. Looking at the emergency situation where local finances are not able to make ends meet.
