We have a situation in which there is currently an oligarchy that is strengthening around the Bukele family and the traditional oligarchies. “All of them are benefiting from this process of looting and concentration of wealth for the benefit of a few.” Anaya mentioned

In addition, they highlighted the difficulties and stigmatization that youth experience, emphasizing that one of the problems they face the most is unemployment.

Regarding the exception regime, they pointed out that when taking stock of its second year of implementation, the results have not been the best, with respect to the situation of people who are deprived of liberty, in addition to the negative impact against defenders. from the human rights.
