Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 May, on the occasion of Mother’s Day, the initiative that aims to raise awareness on female cancers and to raise funds for research

BELLUNO. For 38 years the Research Azalea of AIRC Foundation is the symbol of Mother’s Day, a special flower to give to all women, a precious ally for women’s health that over the years has allowed us to raise over 280 million euros and best cancer scientists to work without interruptions, even in the long-term Covid19 health emergency, with the aim of diagnosing all forms of cancer earlier and treating all patients more effectively.

Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 Maytwenty thousand AIRC volunteers therefore return throughout Italy to color the main squares and distribute the Research Azalea with a donation of 15 euros and to support researchers committed to finding ever more early diagnoses and more effective therapies for cancers that affect the women.
