It was approved by the Council of Ministers new competition ruleswhich is part of the interventions of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for the simplification and digitization of administrative procedures. On the proposal of Minister for the Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillowas approved in final examination on regulation amending the decree of the President of the Republic 9 May 1994, n. 487, concerning rules on access to employment in public administrations and the procedures for carrying out competitions, single competitions and other forms of recruitment in public employment.
As Zangrillo argued, “With the measure approved today, we are paving the way for a new way of selecting public personnel, significantly speeding up the completion times of procedures and focusing on digitization and transparency. An intervention that allows us to face the over 170,000 hires planned for 2023 with greater strength, confidence and awareness of having implemented an innovative and cutting-edge mechanism. The certainty of deadlines is an important stimulus for candidates, a guarantee for administrations”. In fact, the maximum limit of 6 months is set for the conclusion of the insolvency procedure. Publication of notices takes place through the recruitment portal in the PA and on the institutional website of the institution announcing the competition.
